I recently started studying FI strategies and it led me to this community!

Following David Green's Core 4 strategy (realtor, contractor, property manager, and lender) gives confidence to invest anywhere.

How does this work and what are some key strategies for this?

I'm a big fan of buy and hold strategy.

This strategy's success is predicated on a potentially exaggerated appraisal, which has dangers; a low evaluation could result in a bigger mortgage than expected.

With the right experience, any strategy can work. 

I have all the information I need to pull the trigger on my first transaction but I do want to know if anyone knows any ways to get financing for this unique strategy?

Additionally, I am open to partnering with other interested investors, especially those looking to support a first-time entrepreneur like myself.Please reach out if you are interested in advising an aspiring investor or even jointly pursuing a new real estate opportunity.

Does this have relevance to a SFR and 2-4 unit strategy or just more systems-intensive MF, office and industrial assets?
