I want to start using the BRRRR strategy on vacation rentals through airbnb or VRBO, but will I have issues when I go to refinance?

I have just completed my first Fix & Hold single family rental (BRRR strategy) and closed on my second property, which I will renovate this fall and sell. 

While the returns can be much greater, the cheese moves much faster in the game of short-term rentals, and the knowledge and strategy required when it comes to existing and future government regulation (on the city, county, and even state levels) is hugely important as one could get put out of business at any time.

I want to share strategies, goals and keep each other accountable.

That said I just think it'd be great to connect with some local people in person and talk about strategies, plans, etc.

That sounds like a good strategy to wholesale deals to help you fund long term rentals.

Think about your goals and find a strategy that allows you to meet them.
