My son and I are from NC and have 6 short term rentals in various locations. 

My son was living in Rocky Point apts.

So anyone with good knowledge of these areas east oakland, richmond, east palo alto will hit such awesome cap rates.

I'm also a car dealer and my son's manage that business and also help oversee the rentals.

Does her son have income he could provide to assist in the qualification process? 

She promptly moved in her son, his girlfriend,  and a pit bull which they were letting out the door to run free

I have found that QuickBooks desktop is the cheapest way to go, but I need and want access while on the road and I want to give my son access as well.
