I always ask myself a question in regards to what something is worth to me especially when I am in a dilemma on whether or not to take a loss and that question is would I throw that amount of money away or if I lost that amount of money would I try to find it, but ultimately the main question is would trying to regain the money personally cause me undue stress that would infringe upon my peace, which is really important to me and if the answer to the last question is yes then I wouldn't pursue it and I would move on with life, but most of the time I go after what I believe is due me because I can't stand throwing money away. lol

And don't stress over the LLC right away, you can always move a property into an LLC later.

My fiance' has had numerous nervous breakdowns due to stress from the war.

When things are uncertain at work I am incredibly stressed.

Using OPM will be a lot less stressful compared to using all of your own cash.

I can't stress how great a resource the BP community is for anyone in the real estate world.

This puts a lot of stress and a serious lack of free time to spend with my family.

I'm 3 years into flipping and investing and loving every minute of how this business can stretch (and stress) you!  

This is a NOW Society, and especially with Internet Leads...you cannot lag.  

This will be my 4th large syndication deal.I can't stress this enough, make sure you have more investors than you think you will need as people's situations change from when you present the opportunity to when they actually fund escrow.Good luck!!
