Maybe create a website with pics and details of the property so they see it and understand the area it is in.

I usually never have problems posting my Photobucket pics to forums.

My investor (end buyer) sees the numbers, comps, pics etc2.  

Lol, whats crazy is I was looking thru old pictures at my moms house yesterday and there was a pic of you in there from back in our Mago Vista days.

If you're having to click to get into the deeds and then view a scanned copy of the deed, I don't know that there is an easy way to automate that as you would need some kind of text recognition built into the software (very complex and probably not cheap).

So I love the 50% rule for scanning listings prior to modeling them in a spreadsheet.
