One example would be to setup an LLC in the US which is owned by an entity in the country of residence. 

I wonder if that would hold true for properties that aren't the primary residence (which I believe has more protection during bankruptcy?).

Kwikset smartkey is a crappy lock with poor security that I would never have on my personal residence, but for a rental they make sense. 

Ideally, assuming I can secure the property and get it zoned for student housing, we would be able to house 25 students in property paying from $375-450 a month each to reside in units. 

The house is a fully remodeled 5 bed, 2 bath at 72nd and Pecos in Adams County so I’m wondering if anyone here has experience with Airbnb in this area of Denver, what you are grossing monthly on average and if there are any Adams County rules that restrict Airbnb of non-primary residences (like city of Denver does).

When it's time for retirement they then move into the vacation rental full time and convert it into their retirement residence. 

There has to be a solution for this until I can pass a 4 point inspection and secure a traditional policy.
