The attorney is probably correct, the property is probably a victim of robo signing.

Interest rates have risen slowly but surely.Most of the indicators of at least a small correction are there.

Not only is this not correct but I certainly also don't believe that $1200 per year is sufficient.- With ~18K for expenses and ~63K of income, that works out to ~29%; extremely unlikely (to the point that I would buy a lottery ticket first - at least I would know what I am going to loose ;).

I literally copied and pasted the listing notes when I first came across this property into my report but when I actually saw the properties this past weekend I got (and saw) the correct information. - Asking price is 800k.

Certain areas do have laws you may want to make sure you adhere to correctly.
