My dad isn't much on hype, but he sent the passage below to me via email this morning and I felt compelled to share it as a reminder to everyone how precious life is.  

You can integrate contracts, have them sign things, send reminders, have them login to your workstation, etc etc.

I would remind them of their bigoted comment and let them know you cannot and will not discriminate this way.   

In our city theres a place in a multimillion dollar neighborhood that sits empty (and heated I might add) but the old lady will never sell it because it reminds her of her parents.

I sent out mass texts a week ago reminding people that rent is due and if they intend on occupying the property, make sure rent's on time.

Getting started is always the hard part because your nerves and worries are always reminding you that you are doing some new. 

Having lived in both cities, there are many similarities and KC reminds me of Denver circa 2005-2008, but it will never see the growth Denver has experienced the last decade. 

Step 2 is to "pick you flavor", REI reminds me of the Baskin Robbins I went to as a kid, I would stand at the counter in paralyzed awe as my Ma would say "what do you want", "all-of-it!!!!!!"

This reminds me of the time Lil Wayne couldn't sell his Florida estate because the smell of marijuana smoke was inside the walls.
