There are no right and wrong answers because we all have different needs from our portfolio. 

Some light reading online gave me mixed answers as to if you can legally do it anymore.

And I felt this was the answer, but just wanted to make sure.This will be a owner/occupier purchase, so yes, I do not want to burn any bridges on my first purchase, since I will be buying more in the future. 

And it's made managing the properties so much less stressful because I always now I can find answers to questions here.Best of luck to you and your bride!

Sometimes it is quicker and more efficient to ask questions rather than dig through different books to find the answer you're looking for.

In short, i unfortunately, just simply cannot sustain the entire amount of the rent on my own in addition to the utilities, and after exploring other options on my end with no answer, I needed to turn to you guys and just be honest, I don't know what to do.
