Long story short I went part time limiting myself to 20hrs a week on my regular job in order to pursue Real Estate full time.

We have finished out that space to increase occupancy from 10 to 14, sleeping 14 people comfortably (not on couches).

One of my goals is once I have a good roll and passive income that can take care of regular expenses with is to contribute even more from my military paycheck to the point where I can max it out.

They are doing great on appreciation but might have to start putting money in on a regular basis to make ends meet.

I have an aunt in ABQ, and travel to El Paso for my wife’s family regularly, but do not anticipate making trips specifically for real estate to Albuquerque often. 

Also that some person is dying or is a paraplegic; what gives me the right to complain.Finally, from a health perspective make sure you are keeping stress down, eating healthy, sleeping 8 hours a night and staying hydrated.

It can't be any more difficult than your regular job. 

Is this event still taking place regularly? 

They sleep 3-4 people. 

Have the workmen start with that unit (where you sleep) (and all other non-rented units), then when it's almost done move out and put a renter in and move to another un-rented unit.That way you have  local base of operations and can manage the rehab as well as manage and hire a manager and maintenance for the place, while managing the (one you know better) back home by phone.If you can turn a "Down Unit" into production with a renter living in it, in 20 days, consider yourself to have a good team (unless product shortages are an issue, or permits take forever there.
