Each region of Chicagoland has its own group.

I am looking for contractors that work on mobile homes in the New England (MA,RI,CT,NH) region does anyone have any refferals.

We plan on being in the south east region of the country more than likely, doing long distance.

If so, what state/region? 

My wife and I are interested in investing in mobile homes in the Tampa Bay region, unfortunately for us we’ve run into a bunch of homes for sale in 55+ communities.

But even the middle & bottom of the rental market are likely to see shorter tenancies and/or more frequent early lease exits - so, slightly higher vacancy rates and/or turnover costs, even if demand is strong.2-Once upon a time (25+ years ago) I worked for a top Wall Street analyst who followed regional banks. 

If something bad happens at one of your properties where you could be liable for damages (ie a tenant slips, falls and breaks their leg or worse), after your insurance company pays out, an attourney may still look into your estate to find where you’re still vulnerable.

Another great house in a wonderful older neighborhood minutes from the CVNP and connected to the regional bike and Hike system.

Your own numbers can be quite region specific.  

Is BRRRR method feasible (or mathematically worth doing) in Vancouver region?
