@Carol D.They are a regulation a+ offering so they will be required to report bi annually the financials to the SEC and you can see financial strength of the company.Just remember most companies may issue distributions but are not profitable the first few years due to high startup costs for a company

So most folks get sucked into some fake lender thinking they are going to get 6% money or start going through the Broker daisy chains etc etc its a lot work.. granted there are a number of excellent HML that work fast out there for sure.. but there are a lot more that run from total fakes to just want to get your deposit money upfront then come up with 50 reasons not to fund your deal..

I am definitely not pro adjustable rate interest financing.A newbie investor may not see very much flexibility in some lenders,  like someone who has a larger portfolio might be able to accomplish.The reason I mentioned both together is the lender is basically a partner in the deal- a senior partner in a way.
