I ended up speaking with the mayor she informed me that after they started sending all linndale's speed trap victims to parma court (giving linndale a way lower % of the money) linndale's one building inspection employee quit so there was no longer longer a p.o.s.

You may need to 'interview' a few brokers (maybe quite a few) before you get to where you want to be.Other (necessary, IMO) 'assets' are J Scott's book The Book on Flipping Houses: How to Buy, Rehab, and Resell Residential Properties and a statement of work that your contractor can help with.Good luck.

It is because her water lines are failing and eating up 28% of her expenses.I just met with the city and the park is non-conforming, no additional homes can be brought in unless significant changes are made to the park.I also found out today, a large private school is looking to build on the 50 acre lot right behind the park.

At close, partner C's name would be included on the title.To move the property into sole ownership of partner A, once rehab was complete the partners could refinance the property under partner C's name, while A & B could write a quit claim giving A ownership.This is a new one to me and while my experience in the past has primarily been in rehabbing; I am finding more and more everyday about RE investing.
