You probably can't get a list directly, but these courts typically have computer systems, often online, that you can access to extract the data you seek.Depending on the info required of the evicting landlord, you can easily get their name and address, the address of the property that's involved in the eviction, and possibly even the landlord's phone number.

But if you can a zero-cost loan on a Refinance this is probably you best option.

In all honesty in the 5 hours they spent with me driving around and looking at comps, they learned more about investing here in San Antonio than probably 50% of the agents who have lived here their whole life.Taking the time to fly out is not only for yourself seeing things, but should also be a time to meet with agents, wholesalers and other investors in that market.

I would probably end up paying closing costs etc. and go through a title company. 

If you don't do delayed financing you will probably have to wait about 6 months until you can refinance your property.

It probably won't cover the cost of remediation, and I likely won't evict a paying tenant over it.

I have maintained the home myself without much involvement from the owners, probably why they have never raised my rent ($1400), which is also way under market for this area and size of home.

Based on some comps I've looked at the property is probably worth around $200K, though would need to verify with an agent.
