Like baseball players settle for a run now and then and then once in a while will hit a triple header or a home run.We all have a time factor to play with and if you just become consistent about earning money you can keep going until you hit that really profitable deal.

Many of the "Big Players" can buy at that price because they know the chances of two things happening are very good: 1, the price to buy said investment will only get more expensive over time and the asking price will only rise, and 2, rents will generally rise above their current levels, meaning they will be making more than a 3 cap on their properties in 4,5,10 years time.
