Plain and simple. 

Judge Friday is sick.  

It’s short of like going to your doctor, and you tell him/her that you’re sick and he/she prescribes you medication without asking you questions and properly diagnosing  your ailments. 

Plain and simple, it's hard to make the numbers work in a coastal town with the new flood insurance numbers. 

On was an elderly lady who admitted that she has been late with the rent, but it was because she was sick, but she does pay.  

The first thing I will ask him if the deals he can show me are off market.Specifically, even though it is obvious, is there any other reason it needs to be off market other than the deal is in plain site?

This side of town is known for higher crime rates and is just plain rough.

Its a slow process to be honest as she stays sick and her response time is very minimal.

If you just plain sell now, sure you'd have to pay back the appreciation and any capital gains tax, but at least you'd have your money out "free and clear." 

But technically since there is a Lease, they're entitled by law.Also the tenants can file for damages as their children fell sick in the cold weather etc, as they could not access the property, etc etc.
