You would have to get the property for 55k for it to be worth it, find a better deal.Just my opinion sir,

I had become a member of the ************* Success Academy, and was talking with a coach weekly (Pretty much worthless in my opinion).

Cosmetics in my opinion sell the property faster, not increase the price necessarily on lower end property unless it is a total rehab.

My opinion is, unless you are trying to sell a $500K+ house ( not rent one ) save yourself some money and stick with your phone. 

My opinion is that it did not affect anything in the business.

@Donna SalmieryI would think you would want to have your own representation from a contractor you have done business with before or at least get a recommendation from someone you know to help look at the condition.The sellers contractor - in my opinion - is akin to a sellers agent in that they represent them and not you.
