Paying for memberships to clubs, subscriptions, buying an occasional CD set so you can listen as you drive (Drive time is a great time for education not listening to TUNES).Now if the 25K is talking about learning from mistakes while investing, then yes I know I have lost more than 25K on deals (be it real money or lost profits) but I learned from those mistakes and don't make them anymore.

-Putting out Bandit signs (occasionally investors will call me looking for properties) -Calling other Bandit signs (reaching out to wholesalers/investors and seeing what kind of properties they're looking for) -Putting Ads on Craig's List I've also seen it suggested that you can reach out to landlords by calling "For Rent" signs, but I haven't done it myself.
