I have a commercial space in Cincinnati 45223 and I'm having trouble estimating the rents.It's 1050 sq ft and I was thinking $800-1000 mo base off what I see for retail space in Cincinnati.It used to be a bar many years ago and could easily be converted back to one, is it better to renovate it as a bar and rent it out?

You want to be sure the lender you choose has navigated them before.Can help you strategize the lending piece for this purchase AND purchases in the futureIs an investor themselvesCan connect you with the other important team members (like a lender with all of these same qualifications)As far as lenders go here's my take; as a Realtor myself I find it easiest to have my clients go through lenders I have worked with before.

If you look at the top of the page when you're in a forum post, there is the header, and then there is a white bar below that header that has an option to choose "Followed".
