I've dedicated to much time of my life to give up anyway soon and I love it, but it's to the point I think I'm at my own limits with the knowledge I can obtain for myself.

Investment Info:Small multi-family (2-4 units) buy & hold investment in Granville.

I’d like to have a diverse real estate portfolio (single family, du/tri/quad plexes and a small 8-10 unit multi family) and then see what I enjoy the most. 

This is my first multi-unit purchase, with larger purchase number with high interest rate in the neighborhood i never had rental property, which all add together that gives me anxiety, even though i used to work in the area for 14 years....so i cant say i am not familiar with the neighborhood, just never owned any propertydefinitely never felt good at closing, and chest pain is real, i dont recall when was the last time i was happy at closing, it's always "why i did it again", then i remembered because i need to make more income.summer being great time to get new tenant, but also worst financial time for me with kid summer camp, summer vacation travel...etc 

I am an experienced renovator, having done work and management on all aspects of my own properties from the foundation up for 18 years.Since the State laws are new, I'm excited about the possibilities, and looking to chat with other Owner/Builders about the feasibility and pitfalls.I guess that my biggest open questions are about foundations and waste water management requirements in conjunction with an existing multi family building. 

I had 3 folks who said "Oh yeah I love the place, send me the application and I'll do it" and.... they go ghost on me.Any thoughts on how to deal with this?
