Hi Guys,I need some assistance from you about what would be a good offer price on this fourplex:BackgroundI have an opportunity to purchase a fourplex in the Lowry/Stapleton/Fitzsimmons Medical Complex area in Denver.

It's now on the market (see my post about potential tenant medical debt) and we have attracted a lot of attention.  

Would you go to a doctor that paid $500 for his medical degree? 

Small commercial strip centers, free standing restaurant buildings, small medical office buildings, are the main areas of focus.  

Although not a medical problem, spring-tails/snow fleas love the humidity of bathrooms.  

I have not joined on of those yet because of my medical recovery.

So here I am 19 years old with tons of bills, no medical insurance an apartment with 12 months left on a lease and a part time job making minimum wage (DTI 90/10).

With limited information on post it's hard to comment .Being new bee think twice before you choose your poison pill.

I made that mistake with my home, I tried to do more than what I was capable of, tough pill to swallow with some projects.
