Why would you expect tenants to act differently because they are being evicted?

The main purpose would be to pool money to purchase properties and rent at fair market value.

Theres 2 main elements.

Should you want down the road, think about buying a home with a laneway cottage or an inlaw suite for her and the main house for you as that will cut down on housing costs. 

You can find tons of info on different investment strategies on this forum, don't hesitate to ask questions and soak up the knowledge.

We don't do coaching or sell anything, just looking for a way to network with people outside of the different REIA's.

If not I'd give them nothing...it's no different than if your neighbor started building tomorrow and it was near their unit but on another parcel.

There are many different ways it can be answered and a lot of advice can be given.
