You should be able to get a tenant at the $900 rent if you live in a medium/big city and the property is in a decent location.

I don't really see the issue as deals being 'harder to find', it is: what is the cost to locate and acquire a deal, which is a cost just like renovation is a cost.

@Hattie York, if they show the parcel ID numbers in Mobile County, and not just the PIN numbers, you can learn to read those numbers and at least know approximately where the property is located.
