Are there any HUD specialists that know how to pull magical strings to make deals like this happen?

I never knew exactly what I wanted to do up until my high school graduation. 

It is a 1 bedroom/1 bathroom condo; great location with good schools in the area and quite a bit of amenities in the community.

Started out selling time shares in the basement of the Prudential Building in Boston when I was still in high school, back in the last century.Before I started at Strategic, I was a Sales Executive for Focus Publications in Lake Forest (CA), and made countless presentation to Realtor offices throughout the Southland.

If you'll be renting to families, finding areas with good school districts is a plus.
