Hello All,     Still getting caught up in reading and learning about Real Estate Investment.

Some of my most successful clients have done exactly as you described they had a JOB with a REIT or developer and learned their craft before launching out.Trying to get this type of education paying  companies that just sell short term training is very hit and miss. 

I am an Investment Advisor looking to get into multifamily through syndication (in the beginning stages of research and learning).

There are a ton of great resources here on BP.

Wholesalers are a good resource as an agent for investor clients and when you know them well, you know which ones have buyer comp and which do not.

I mean this thing is getting ready to blast off and I'm still learning what shape blocks go in which shaped holes!!
