Ask about commission splits, training, lead distribution, and fees.  

From what I've seen so far, the generation of leads is a lot easier in the US vs the UK, but laws in some US States kind of frown upon wholesaling and see it as acting as a realtor without a license, etc.

I need help.When I am searching for probate leads online or by going to court, what am I looking at and what am I looking for?

I know I will need an attorney, but my question is should I start marketing now and find an attorney when I start getting leads?  

With the higher cost of land in metropolitan markets the affordability litmus test leads many int to renting Vs buying.

My later experience in title inspired me to study real estate title and a bit of serendipity lead me to become Rick The Probate Guy.BTW, it's an Assignment that used to transfer and record change of iwnership of a trust deed note (or mortgage note). 

I will be focusing on wholesaling once I get a new website launched to generate leads.

I love the idea of offering my time to perform open houses for other agents in my market in order to practice my communication with clients, build my own leads list and just to get my name out and network.  

Some good info for a base of knowledge and conduct your business legally but most not very useful.Focus on systems to serve clients at a high level,  your sales skills, negotiation and ways to get leads. 

I had a friend suggest using PropStream to generate off market leads.
