I told a lady in my golf league yesterday that I was looking for a small apartment to buy and she listed like 5 people she knew who have rentals of some sort and gave me all of their phone numbers.

Likely the deceased lady is the RA - but it will have her address as well and with that ... send a letter for the deceased family to open and read?

I know a lady that attends my local RE meeting who can help post a bad credit on the tenant credit report.

After the second one vacated I was at the house on a Sunday morning and got my *** chewed out by a little old lady on her way to church because of the condition that the tenant left the property in.
