Thank you, I have thought about that idea but the owners is an older lady that wants the payment.She doesn't even want anyone to see the property until you can prove and show her you are approved for a loan.

When I look up the notary from the state site the address is a Loan and Pawn shop in what I know to be a war zone :) but phone number does not work .. and no social media for the Notary.. the state will jump in here and probably take their stamp away and fine them. we could pursue their bond and or E and O in the event they have it.. which I highly doubt they do.. the bond I think you need to get the notary stamp.Mortgage fruad notary forgery.. is what caused CA. to go to finger prints in their notary book you all keep.. not only ID but the Notary must get a thump print from you for their book..
