That is actually a shop here in greeley that works on high end exotics.

You can basically build small commercial buildings (ie: ice cream shop, coffee shop, etc- no high rise) But you can also build a duplex, triplex, or just a single family.

I do believe though this is a trend in many states.. and to set up shop where you go into contract on a SFR  then post pictures of it on craigs list like your the owner seller put signs in the yard bandit signs up a website etc.. ( basically exactly what a Realtor would do with a listing) is clearly selling RE without a license I don't know how anyone can say this is not..

It is in a fantastic high end neighborhood just minutes from incredible shopping centers.

Places to work, places to shop etc... 

Make sure you have a nice data provider for a hotspot since you won't be working from a home office as much as you are working from a coffee shop, lunch spot, or vehicle much of the day. 

Just shop it with that as part of the sale.

It can easily be rented because it's close to shops and walking distance to Home Depot , it's also walking distance to future Kissimmee sun rail .
