@Devlin Harding  The key is to line up the initial acquisition financing that allows you to leverage your available capital to do more acquisitions than you can on your own, with a lender that is as invested in your success as you are, and can execute fast enough to give you a speed to market advantage.

Hi everyone,I'm trying to learn more about turn-key properties and what the best options to maximize return on them are currently.

I feel like I'm small town with Portland and Seattle so close, but you are really small town, similar to the population of Brandon Turner's investment area.If you haven't already, listen to the podcasts, and set up some key word alerts to find topics and local posts of interest.Five properties already, bravo!
