I will say this pretty much across the board LLC fit the bill to hold property.

The Lancaster Manila Condominium Associations are incorporated and registered with the Housing & Land Use Regulatory Board ….Each individual unit [as well as all the "Common Areas"] in the building are covered by, and owners will be issued a full Condominium Certificate of Title [CCT] representing their ownership in fee simple of the Condominium Unit.

Then wait 6 months and slowly you will be slammed with junk mail. ( because every credit card company loves to grab your attention).The key is to get 1-2 credit cards visa/mc and an amex.This has worked for me being a college kid!

This individual will become key to your decision making process and is worth paying from your eventual proceedes a portion of the profits.

That is the key have it all in agreement up front and go from there.

When considering commercial properties you want make sure theyare income producing property, which in turn would mean you wouldnot have to qualify for the loan, or personally guarentee the loan...the properties can secure themselves.The key is to know what your looking for and how to find it.
