Hi All, I picked up a rental property about a month ago and funds were to be distributed into my bank account August 31st / September 1st from my PM company however I have not received them yet.Just wanted to get opinions on this situation;  and if this has happened to you,, recommendations on how I should go about making sure its taken care of / dealt with?

Then are the cost to buy, cost to hold, cost to finance and cost of sale accounted for and reasonable?

When applying for mortgages, all of his accounts were still at RBC and so the credit history remained abroad, as opposed to if he had switched his banking to Chase (which he did after he purchased).

@John Story: Also, I have shown I have money in one location (bank account) and decided to use money from a different source (sold stocks). 

This is getting ridiculous that everyone is being held hostage by these standards that don't take into account how it affects everyone involved.

Hi everyoneI need a reference for a business bank account for my LLC.As a non-U.S. citizen (South African/Netherlands), I am the sole member of a GA LLC, which owns a property in Atlanta.I am looking to open a bank account for the LLC (for rentals and expenses), and I was wondering whether anyone could give me a recommendation in this regard? 

I do see that there are quite a few variables to the equation that should be taken into account, so again my thanks for making me aware of these.  

We have consulted a tax accountant who says we will have a hefty capital gains tax should we decided to sell.

The home is settled like many older homes are and historically had carpet throughout on top of the old hardwood floor.
