If the underwriter scrutinizes your case it will.There is a distaste in the Realtor community for VA loans.

I don't know much about those communities but ill definitely check them out.My goal was to stick in Watertown/Waltham and was thinking of checking out Revere/Malden/Chelsea but I've never thought to look South of the city, and now will.Jay

My question to the community is what should I look for in terms of common problems.
