The triad as a whole is getting hot, Winston Salem is seeing a boom in growth from Wake forest University and Atrium health.

Don't  forget to market it toward co tract health care workers, as there are Lee Healthcare off shoots there, as well as in Port Charlotte. all in all good luck!

I'd like them to see a booking calendar as well as financial data so they can track the health of their business.

With the largest employment in the metro coming from military, oil and gas, and health care industries (supplemented by steady and increasing growth across many other sectors) the local economy is one of the more stable in the country.   

I want to be able to retire early because with welding I’d rather not be doing it more than 10 years I’d like to maintain my health haha!!

I agree that appreciation alone isn't sufficient and I also invest for a health cash flow.

Just make sure you and your SO are in a health financial place before making any moves.

Look at the End of Year statements, the 10-Q's and 10-K's, watch out for management changes, look at the future outlook statements, find out if there are any new legislation that might be pending (and there are, especially for Health Insurance Stocks these days), etc.I've done all of this before when I invested in Stocks.
