I've had people try to wholesale me deals right off the MLS (not necessarily always bad but usually it's a clue) as well as deals I'd passed on at half the price.   

So we are looking to turn the half bath on the second floor of our house into a full bath, so we can turn that into a separate unit and house hack.

Is it possible to sell a property under market value (half price) and the other half owner finance?

Half that seems worth it.All thoughts are appreciated.

While we lived in one half of the duplex and worked on our side, before refinancing, we still had to pay out of pocket about $700 in order to cover the whole mortgage in addition to the rent from our other half.

During this time I have never gotten more than $7.00 for a week and a half period, usually it’s about $5.00.

Even if they answer half of these, they will be a top tier company.  

It's easy to say "oh yeah you can self manage", but if you are hundreds of miles away, the reality of that is a bit different.In terms of our homeowner clients, all except one live outside of the state of TN. 

Can you imagine, in April, more than half of homes in Los Angeles fetched more than the seller was asking, according to the Multiple Listing Service.
