Does anyone know the benefits of having business credit in Real Estate.

Many times the benefit of working with a wholesaler is that you get out of the middle of the process and there is a quick close. 

Is the 2 out of 5 year rule very specific, do we really needed to live in the property for 730 days, and 715 days will be not enough to avaid capital gains tax?

I enjoy my job, it pays well, provides us with retirement and health benefits, as well as stability for our family.

October 2020 is also when the clock runs out on our 2/5 cap gains exemption.  

I am a tax lien investor and recently a judge entered foreclosing rights of redemption in my favor, so i'm getting ready to settle all the arrears so that i may gain access to the properties.

Goal:Get money out of this house without paying capital gains taxes or having to do another 1031 exchange like I did on another house a year ago.Background:-I bought the single family home in mid August 2014.

If you are able to gain a couple of points on CoC and then speculate on neighborhood appreciation some of these make sense.   

Many of you have shared your preference and benefits of having tenants on M2M Leases, how do you handle Taxes?

Will definitely give that a listen.To be honest, I am not as against debt as my wife (she is the saver) but we have reaped a ton of benefits from this standpoint so far.
