There's a remote chance that the person who can't afford their payment can somehow afford to relocate the mobile home, but that's a VERY remote chance, offset in part by the higher interest rate, and in part by the surplus revenue received from the low vacancy produced in the park itself.

We each put $1,000 into an escrow account and if it’s your property I pay the $1,000 for the survey and you get your money back and if it’s my property then you are paying for the survey and I get my money backIf you do not agree then sorry but stop harassing my tenant as he has been informed to call the cops and file a report.
