There is no reason you can't suggest this, as a seller, if the highest/strongest offer is an FHA offer.It's a fight with underwriting every time I pull this trick, so make sure you don't bother accepting offers from non-direct-lenders (eg, no brokered loans), but the reality is that it's not "ratified" until ALL parties have signed it. :) Meanwhile, I can still start my loan origination tasks without a fully ratified contract.At the end of the day, we followed all the rules and this loan will be salable on the secondary market and insured by the Federal Housing Administration.

But for those that don't need to commute and live in a semi rural Washington county its pretty ideal and your open spaces are assured.. right up until the time I come in and clear cut that 20 acre forest next to you LOL.... no rules on cutting trees in the Rural areas those rights are god given and born into ORegonians lively hood.. not so in CA.. but in Oregon no fighting that fight.
