I am a married father of 2 boys, and I work as a 5th grade teacher.My wife and I purchased our house 6 years ago at the top of the market.

And shooting to replace my existing work income with real estate income in the next 5 years.This is a fantastic sight and I hope I can contribute to it as much as possible!

I know this thread is old but the prices here in South FL are out of control, "wholesalers" are marketing properties 10-14% ARV and on top of that most of them market the same exact properties.
