I’ve heard the strategy being your own bank examples & this simple explanation brings it home.

Wants two bids for every job in the effort to save $20.00 - not caring if the tenant goes without AC or hot water for several days.Does not understand basic accounting and needs constant explanation for what the income / expense statement means.  

I'm looking for "why", and no one has provided an explanation for that.

I just think that this is the most reasonable explanation of why house prices have gone, are going, and will go up!
