There are issues of false branding, so officials and medical experts must look even deeper into relationships, tough to make a call sometimes.

Be certain to have a flat roofing expert inspect the roof and provide a rough estimate of how long the current roof will last.Good luck!

I'm far from an expert... and this being your first deal I would think you would want to get very good advice from someone who knows better than I.I would like to know where you got the mortgage figure though.

Then run the financials in place (using the current rents) and show the owner why your offer is a good deal.I'm no expert... in fact I'm not much of an investor either.

I am certainly no expert on anything you have asked, and am still very new to investing.

I would suggest finding a local REIA to find experts on the markets you want to focus.
