I am a Texas Tech student who is greatly interested in Real Estate.

Prolly best not to enhance their current tendency to blame each other.

I chose them because of their test success ratio where their students have a pass rate of 80% of the first time through according to TREC.   

I'm thinking it's similar to college student housing in some ways but a little different.Not sure how to vet the organization,players,and situation.Players may be rotating thru housing as some will be permanent and some temporary.Any advice would be appreciated.

Take a good look at student housing see below.Locate and attend 3 different local REIA club meetings great place to meet people gather resources and info.

I think the market has become much more consumer-friendly, where it's rare to have to pay prepayment penalties if you refi or sell within so many years, you're allowed to pay extra payments directly to lower your principal instead of extra payments going partially to interest (like they still do on my son's student loans which drives me nuts) and fees are much more transparent than they used to be.     

Doctors, Lawyers, CPAs, etc have spent many, many years, and often hundreds of thousands in student loans to obtain their profession.  

As a recent college graduate, my student loans were one of the biggest issues.
