I watermark all ads and have scam sheets in all units and on the front door of the property.

At best it is a emotional support animal which is normally a scam but most likely just a pet. 

I’m sure it will work great for an elderly person, it seems to IRS scams take the elderly for 100’s of millions of dollars a year you could go get your slice of their pie too.
