You have just as much ability to be successful in REI starting out at 18 as anybody else if you put the work in.

You would save on the foundation, exterior, roof, but you have almost everything else left. 

I'm also not terribly interested in learning about marketing my deals to other investors, because if its good enough to sell to someone else, then its certainly good enough to keep in my portfolio. 

Make sure you analyze, analyze, analyze and get on the phone/email or whatever else it takes and talk to people.

I don’t even ask for proof of funds, which I might need to.. that’s all on me.My issue with this is, I’m quite sure the agent/wholesaler who is the buyer, simply put this under contract to try to wholesale to someone else.
