Hi so for as long as I can remember I've always wanted to invest in real estate but never thought it to be a reality for someone like me until a friend of mine recently introduced me to the bigger pockets podcasts and after listening to a few episodes I started to realize that even for a guy like me that comes from a background of no money can make it if only I put my head to it so I've decided to start by getting my real estate license since that's something that's constantly brought up in the episodes but have no idea as how to obtain one. any and all suggestions would be greatly appreciated tia

Most investor friendly agents have a bunch of people they can refer you to.

I have a friend that is a realtor running a report on recent comps and and will give me a number that he would list it for.Thank you all!

Hello BP group, I have a friend who just so happens to be sitting on a 24 unit.

My friend bought her house on a VA loan in Texas.

A friend and I wanted to attend our first RE meetup.

My daughter and her friends are lined-up as my first Gamecock tenants.

My friend used one of them to create an LLC, he later sold the property and notified them to dissolve the property.

Rents there are lower; but in these areas my daughter and her friends choose to rent a large apartment and all live there, each has a room, and/or a roomie.
