I of course have multiple sets but I wear this in almost every situation when I am on video or on a property with a client. 

I just dont want to be in contact w the tenants or make any time commitments .I just like the idea of the tenants using the nest egg app to upload a video or pic of a problem and having the instant reponse...

I am also a newbie whom loves listening to REI videos and podcasts at work.

I have been listening to podcasts, reading, attended a video conference last night, and trying to network with people to learn more, kinda hard as I am normally a keep to myself guy so I am forcing myself out of my comfort zone.
