Thanks Charles,I guess one of my biggest concerns is the ability to adjust our structure in the futue, as either a pass through entity or electing corp treatment when neccessary.

I knew the family was in the drug trade, but this one individual seemed to really break the mold. 

My property is constantly being filled with litter, drugs hidden all over, under tree and bushes and police constantly in my parking lot because of the shelter down the street.

The word that got the **** treatment in the message above is loan.The guy asked about owner-financing and I referred him to a local company that services owner finance notes.

When I got the the bedroom I almost vomited from the smell.And the last one was an obvious drug dealer complete with the video surveillance system of people coming up the walkway and standing at his door.

They fought like cats and dogs, did not maintain the home and most of the residents ended up relapsing drugging/drinking in the house.

They provided everything - window treatments, bath towels, hung pictures.. everything.
