I would like to study on my own schedule, considering I work a full time job at the moment. 

First is that it is hard to get ahead if your main job is making someone else money.

Some make it sound like a full time job, I would say I don't spend more than 2-3 hours a week managing his property, even in the harsh winters of Boston.No LLC costs, etc.

If you are firing the PM because they suck at their job and aren't upholding their end of the agreement, there should be no penalty for walking away.

If your job income or business income profit is very good then you might want to focus on equity growth and rent growth in better areas over time.
