Usually you only need the normal brokerage disclosures you would need in any other type of advertising.Are you planning on taking a different angle or the same as before you were licensed? 

But I'm curious what the responsibility of that seller is, knowing that this is the situation and whether he's required to make some disclosures, even if he sells 'as is'.
