EQT would like to offer a Non-Surface oil and gas lease on property owned by Direct Digital Media, LLC being parcel number 21-01-0019 containing approximately 0.33 acres.

To be fair to them, I’m the head of digital marketing for a bank, when it comes to marketing I think I’m used to a high standard especially in this market where our lending business if very slow.

I mean DSLR camera quality and it should be about 50 pictures per house (all angles of all rooms and closeups on issues). 

I realize this is outside of my control and I’ve previously done a couple of things to boost security (fenced in the yard, installed cameras and signs, etc.).

Back in 2010 and 2011, there was no digital resident experience.

Im thinking of either adding a security system and just passing that on to the new tenants or adding a job site camera that can tell me if someone is on site.  

I really like it and you can do a lower quality version right from your phone if you dont have the matterport camera.
